Congregational Vitality Training

Trinity took part in an online Congregational Vitality Training series that our national church body, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, invited us be a part of during the fall and winter of 2020-21.
In our case as a recently-merged church with our siblings from St. John's in Akron, we were in a cohort (a small focus group) that offered training and inspiration to churches who have merged or are considering merging together.
We are beginning to take our learnings and add them to our strategic planning for the future.
